This book provides current data-driven resources of the science behind the nutritional strategies in the treatment and prevention of the adverse effects of menopause. Only giving two stars because I did get some decent recommendations around other health concerns during this age, but not why I purchased the book. The majority of pages are undamaged with some creasing or tearing, and pencil underlining of text, but this is minimal. Losing oestrogen during menopause increases the rate of loss, which can increase the risk of osteoporosis.

It is easy to read and full of sensible and helpful tips that all readers will be able to find benefit from ― Professor Adam Balen, Professor of Reproductive Medicine, Leeds General --This text refers to the paperback edition. I already follow a low carb plan but this really helped give me ideas to follow a more concise plan.
